Girls in Action (GA's) is a missions discipleship organization for girls in 1st through 6th grade. Girls learn how to pray for others, give their time, abilities and resources, along with doing mission projects! They will make new friends and have lots of fun! The girls meet every other Thursday beginning August 29, 2024 from 3:30 to 5:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall. GA Leader

Mindy serves as GA Leader for Crossroads. She and her husband, Kimo, have 5 children, Emma, John Wallace, Ruthie, Gary, and James. Mindy's favorite scripture is Psalm 139:13-16, "For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them." Mindy holds tight to this verse often as she thinks of her special-needs son, Gary Boy, who passed into his heavenly home at the age of 4. She also serves in Puggles in AWANA and in our youth department, and shows her love for others often through cooking.
