New Child Check-In System for Sunday School and Worship Service

Hey there! We are so excited to launch our check in system for Sunday school and nursery care during worship service. Our goal is to provide a safe and efficient process so our families feel at ease and confident in leaving their children in our care.

Sunday School:
If your child is 2nd grade or younger, they will be in the children’s building. This is already in place but we hope you will help visitors find their way! The best way to check your child in is to enter through the main doors of the building located on the east side. There will be someone there to assist you in the process and answer any questions you may have. At check in, there will be two labels printed - one for your child and one for the parent to hang onto until pick up time. Once you have checked your child in and gotten your printed labels, you will be able to escort your child to their classroom. 

When you pick up your child, you will enter through the main doors and “check out” with the attendant at the window. At that time you can take your label to your child’s room and pick them up.

If your child remains in the nursery after Sunday school (infants through kindergarten), you are welcome to leave them checked in through worship and check them out when worship is over. They will stay in the same classroom as you checked them in. If your child is 1st or 2nd grade, you will need to check them out of Sunday school for worship service. 

Worship Service:
If your child is kindergarten or younger, you are more than welcome to bring them to the children’s building during worship service. We are a family friendly environment and love having kiddos in our worship service but we offer care for these ages if you prefer it.

Additional info:
We know that some families are accustomed to entering through the side door on the north side of our childcare building. Our plan is to direct traffic to our main doors but as with any new process this will take time.

Babies - Room 109
Toddlers - Room 110
Preschool - K - Room 114
1st & 2nd Grade - Room 116

We will have children’s sermon note pages and coloring sheets available for children who may need an activity during the sermon. The sermon note pages are a great way to encourage your children to pay close attention to the sermon! 

We would love to have updated info on each child. If you plan to check in your child tomorrow or anytime in the future, please take 2 minutes and fill out the form attached. This will help us make this process even faster in the morning!

Need to step out during worship service with your kiddo?
We have a room set up with a rocking chair and tv with the service stream so you don’t miss a thing. Room 113 at the northeast end of the fellowship hall across from the men’s bathroom will be available. There is a changing table in the women’s restroom next to the kitchen and in the Prayer Room bathroom as well.
